US exporters no longer need to fill out the Green Form/COO for shipments to Israel!

New origin requirements to Israel

USTR and the Israeli Ministry of Economy reached a Decision whereby U.S. exporters to Israel will no longer need to fill out a Green Form/ Certificate of Origin (COO) in order to make a claim of preferential treatment under the FTA.  Instead, exporters will need to fill out an Invoice Declaration only.
