About the Speaker:
Our speaker is Jacqueline Bonisteel, Associate with the Corporate Immigration Law Firm. She completed the Joint M.A/J.D. program at Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Common Law. Jackie is currently the Young Lawyer Coordinator for the Canadian Bar Association’s National Immigration Law Section and she is active with several of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL) constitutional litigation working groups.
