Kent State College of Aeronautics & Engineering, Ohio Aerospace Institute, NEOTEC & Lake County Port Authority bring you a unique and informative program;

The Future of Aerospace from education to best opportunities

Sept 19th9:00 am. to 5:30 p.m.

Lost Nation Airport

1969 Lost Nation Road, Willoughby Ohio

Join us on Sept 19that Lost Nation Airport for two interesting programs on the future of aerospace and related fields.The first program is geared to students in STEM programs interested in pursuing degrees in Aerospace Engineering, and Commercial Aviation.Kent State College of Aeronautics & Engineering will highlight Aerospace Engineering its importance and opportunities. One of the KSU Flight instructors will also discuss the importance of aviation and the shortage of pilots we will face in the near future, as well as the future of Aerospace Engineering.

A surprise luncheon speaker will begin the second program.

The Afternoon program will focus on the manufacturing side of Aerospace and the importance of the Supply Chain as well as the future of Aerospace.NASA will discuss the Mars program and opportunities for manufacturers.The UAV and UAS industry will be highlighted along with an update on opportunities.Research funding and the need for manufactures will be discussed by Ohio Federal Research Network.Foreign Service Officers will present on opportunities for foreign Military sales.

An overview on the best opportunities for Aerospace globally, and how to connect to those opportunities globally will be reviewed by the Aerospace Specialist out of DC at the US Department of Commerce.A major Aerospace Manufacturer will be on hand as well to overview how to be successful.

The day will conclude with a networking reception in one of the airport Hangars.
