Design for Advanced Manufacturing/Lightweighting Certification Training

In collaboration with Lightweighting Innovations for Tomorrow (LIFT) and other industry partners, Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is developing specialized programming for working professionals to increase their knowledge of lightweight metals and other advanced manufacturing technologies. The Lightweighting Certification includes distinct modules in Design for Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, and Polymers for Lightweighting. The June 11-13, 2018 Professional Certification Program in Design for Advanced Manufacturing/Lightweighting held at America Makes in Youngstown, Ohio is sponsored by Lockheed Martin Corporation and offered in conjunction with LIFT. The Lightweighting Certification includes distinct modules in Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Materials and Polymers for Lightweighting. The Professional Certification Program in Lightweighting at CWRU is sponsored in part by CWRU’s partnership with Lockheed Martin Corporation and LIFT. The national certification is in collaboration with LIFT, NC3 and CWRU. NAFTA Rules of Origin

Are you claiming NAFTA? Learn whether or not your product should be shipped under the NAFTA Rules. Learn the rules to qualify and classify your goods under the NAFTA Agreement and review in detail the NAFTA Certificate of Origin Document. This seminar prepares a company for shipping into Mexico and Canada under the NAFTA rules. Basic understanding of the HTS and GRI is required for this course. If you are not familiar with tariff classification and GRI, we recommend you sign up for Tariff Classification prior to taking the NAFTA Rules of Origin.
